Welcome to Cursed Atelier (cursedatelier.com). By purchasing or using the site, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us Cursed Atelier sells apparel and merchandise with original graphics / memes, products made to order through printing partners.
2. Made-to-Order Products Almost all items are made to order: they are printed after your purchase. Colors, fit, and print quality may vary slightly from photos due to monitors, materials, and the printing process.
3. Prices and Payments • Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise specified • Payment is made at checkout through methods offered by Shopify / enabled providers • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock/production issues; in such cases, we will refund the amount paid
4. Orders The order is binding after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email. In case of incorrect shipping data provided by the customer, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery.
5. Shipping Details on times and costs: Shipping page. • Europe: free shipping, estimated 5–12 business days • Rest of the world: flat rate €7, estimated 10–25 business days
Times are indicative and depend on production, couriers, and customs. Duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Right of Withdrawal Personalized / made-to-order products according to customer specifications may be excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, when personalization is evident (printing of the chosen design on the garment produced after the order).

7. Intellectual Property The brand, graphics, texts, and site content belong to Cursed Atelier or the legitimate owners. Unauthorized reproduction is not permitted.
8. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, delays by third-party couriers, site interruptions, or improper use of products. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory rights of consumers.
9. Applicable Law These terms are governed by Italian law. For EU consumers, the mandatory rules of the country of habitual residence remain valid.
